Rachel & Brady 04.04.14

I’d estimate at least one third of our fabulous wedding clients are outside of the central PA area, with most residing in the MD, DC, VA, NC areas and some even as far as Colorado and Hawaii!  One of the coolest things is being pretty close to most major east coast cities, such as Washington DC which is the current place Rachel and Brady call home and chose to host their simplistic, yet laid back wedding.

The couple who met in law school, had some of their closest friends and family travel into the DC area for their simple wedding at the Superior District Court and a tasty dinner at the Lebanese Taverna.  Between locations we were blessed with no rain for some gorgeous pictures at the National Botanical Gardens.  Two quick tidbits about Rachel and Brady that we loved and must share- they’re super laid back and extremely giving and considerate.  We had a minor panic moment when after moving to a new photo location, Brady realized his wedding band slipped off his finger.  Rachel was cool as a clam and thankfully it was quickly and easily located at the last place the couple was standing. Also the couple chose that in lieu of guests showering the couple with gifts that a donation be made in honor of Rachel’s close friend since childhood that had passed a few months prior from Cystic Fibrosis.  The only thing missing from Rachel and Brady’s awesome wedding day was their loveable snuggle pup, Autumn, a 10 year old spaniel who unfortunately wasn’t able to make it down for wedding pictures but will be tail wagging with excitement when they return home from their honeymoon!
